1939 Ford Roadster Tony Ryan Art Deco Masterpiece

One of the most admired custom builds in Australia a hand-formed, all-metal Art Deco roadster inspired by Figoni & Falaschi, Delahaye and Talbot-Lago. Finished in sterling silver with a tan aircraft-style removable roof, this coachbuilt 39 Ford stops people in their tracks.

Every panel has been reshaped, stretched or handmade to create a flowing late-30s European grand-tourer silhouette. Highlights include a re-profiled 40 Mercury bonnet, extended guards, custom steel rear fenders and skirts, a sculpted boot-fin, and a 48-piece hand-formed grille. Tail lights are extended 41 Studebaker units made specifically for this build.
