A Bit of History The Legacy of AJS

Founded by the Stevens brothers in Wolverhampton in 1909, AJS (A.J. Stevens & Co. Ltd) quickly became a leading name in British motorcycling. Known for their engineering precision and racing pedigree, AJS motorcycles earned numerous victories at the Isle of Man TT and set land speed records throughout the early 20th century.

By 1949, AJS was part of the Associated Motor Cycles (AMC) group and was producing some of the most refined and reliable bikes of the post-war period. The 350cc model was prized for its balance of performance and rideability ideal for both long countryside runs and city cruising.

This particular bike reflects that heritage: a timeless machine from a storied brand that helped define motorcycling for generations.
