Regarded by marque experts as the holy grail of Vauxhalls, the early straight back window PA is celebrated worldwide as the British "baby Chev" for its bold American-inspired fins, fluted bonnet lines, and wraparound glass.

Assembled in Wellington from British CKD packsthe same robust model line that claimed victory in the inaugural Armstrong 500 (the genesis of Bathurst)this example is believed to have spent most of its life in North Canterbury. It is a show-worthy driven car for its original owner that received a bare-metal restoration in period-correct 1958 Cresta two-tone pink and white, complete with authentic brightwork and fresh red upholstery. Recently re-commissioned with an extensive mechanical refresh, this Vauxhall drives tight, rattle-free, and effortlessly.
