When the HK "Bathurst" Monaro was unveiled in 1968, it marked a defining moment in Australian performance history. At its heart lies Chevrolets legendary Bathurst 327 cubic-inch V8, delivering a quoted 250 brake horsepower in factory trim. Monaro claimed victory at the 1968 Hardie-Ferodo 500, instantly cementing its status as a motorsport icon.
