1969 Holden HK Monaro GTS Twin Turbo 427 Pro-Tourer
Few cars define Australian muscle like the HK Holden Monaro GTS. This exceptional example takes that legendary coupe and elevates it into something truly extraordinary a meticulously engineered Pro-Touring build producing well over 1,200 horsepower.

Completed after an extensive four-year rotisserie build, this Monaro blends the unmistakable style of Holdens iconic coupe with cutting-edge modern performance and world-class engineering.

At its heart sits a Nelson Racing Engines Dart LS Next 427ci twin-turbo powerplant, delivering an incredible 1,220 horsepower on pump fuel and more than 1,500 horsepower in race configuration. Twin 72mm billet turbochargers, a custom billet intake system and Holley Terminator Max engine management transform this classic muscle car into an absolute powerhouse.

Power is delivered through a Tremec Magnum 6-speed manual transmission with a McLeod twin-disc clutch, feeding into a heavily fortified Strange-equipped 9-inch differential with 35-spline internals a driveline engineered to handle extreme output.

Supporting the immense performance is a comprehensively strengthened chassis by Franklin Speed Shop, incorporating four laddered chassis rails, reinforced internal structure and full tubs to ensure the car has the rigidity required for this level of power.
The body is finished in stunning House of Kolor Tangelo Pearl paint by Antonievich Restoration, giving the Monaro a deep, vibrant finish that perfectly highlights its muscular lines.

Inside, the car retains the character of the original HK GTS interior, complemented by subtle modern upgrades including Dakota Digital instrumentation integrated within the factory-style gauge cluster.
The result is a truly exceptional machine a modern interpretation of one of Holdens most iconic muscle cars, combining classic Monaro heritage with supercar-level performance.

Cars of this calibre are rarely offered to the public, making this an exciting opportunity to acquire a truly remarkable HK Monaro build.
