This 2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS is an unapologetically aggressive, full wide-body build that stands among the most imposing Camaros in the country. Completed by Berkes Custom Workshop (Christchurch), this is not a cosmetic exerciseit is a professionally executed transformation with over $100,000 invested to create a genuinely standout machine.
The car features a full wide-body enhancement with custom metal fabrication, complemented by bespoke American-made all-metal wheels valued at $25,000, giving the Camaro an unmistakable stance and presence. Additional exterior upgrades include custom spoilers, side skirts, a revised front grille, fibreglass body components, and a full repaint, with the front end currently being clear-wrapped for protection.
Inside, the cabin has been upgraded with custom American-made seats, trimmed in softer leather with red stitching, elevating both comfort and visual impact while retaining the Camaros performance character.
Power is delivered via the SSs V8, paired with an automatic transmission and professionally tuned to approximately 600 horsepower. A straight-pipe exhaust system with muffler provides a deep, aggressive tone without excessive volume, making the car as usable as it is intimidating.
Originally purchased in Florida and imported to New Zealand as a left-hand-drive US vehicle, this Camaro has travelled 55,000 km and presents as a meticulously built, high-impact performance car.
